Ramayana Part 1 reviews out

Ramayana Part 1 reviews out. Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, Yash's Ramayana directed by Nitesh Tiwari is generating tremendous interest among movie lovers. The film's first part is releasing on 5 November as Diwali special. The film's second part is releasing on Diwali 2028.

The film is made with a whopping Rs 2000crs and the film is releasing in various langauges across the world. According to the latest, the early reviews from the overseas are out and here are few of them.

X user tweeted, "Saw the film this week. I enjoyed it for the most part but did not appreciate the English dubbing, which I conveyed to Sony. I would much prefer to see films in their original language, in this case, Hindi, which I understand anyway (sic)."

When an X user asked her if she felt any connection to the story, Priya tweeted, "I did. I felt connected to the story (emotional, powerful) and I loved the music. I liked the Indian score/music by AR Rahman much more than the parts Hans Zimmer scored. I believe they cut some of the songs for the English version, though (sic)." Further, when the X user asked her if the film featured Sunny Deol's character Lord Hanuman, she decided not to spill any spoilers.

While responding to another X user, Priya mentioned that she felt emotional while watching the film. She also clarified that she had not watched it in 3D or IMAX, adding that the English version did not feature any full-length songs.

When an X user asked her about the film's VFX, Priya replied that they were impressive, although some action sequences looked like AI-generated. She also weighed in on the film budget, writing, "Well, I wouldn’t say that it’s totally on par with The Odyssey, for example. That film had an all-star cast and a very well-known director attached to it. That was evident in the execution. I enjoyed the Ramayana but thought RRR, for instance, was a better film (sic)."

When an X user asked her why she prefers RRR more than Ramayana, she replied, "I liked the story, acting, VFX, and music better in RRR vs Ramayana. I still have the same dubbing problem with both films, however. I have never been able to watch RRR in its original Telugu form in the U.S. I have watched the Hindi dubbed version several times (sic)."

She then praised Yash for his portrayal and said that the film had no issue in general though, "There’s no ISSUE. I thought the acting was better/stronger in RRR. I thought the chap who played Ravana in The Ramayana was good."

A fan then asked her about Ranbir Kapoor's performance and she replied, "Candidly, I think he was miscast."

@LucasMStarr @PankajHabbo @_Spinslayer @_Batman__2 There’s no ISSUE. I thought the acting was better/stronger in RRR. I thought the chap who played Ravana in The Ramayana was good.
